Welcome to My New Website

I'm glad you found me!  Although my website has been on a hiatus, my involvement in Atlanta Real Estate has not stopped!  I have been busy helping buyers and sellers realize their Real Estate goals for over 3 years now.  The market has changed dramatically from when I first became a REALTOR, but my passion has not wavered.

I've put this site together to help you make some sense out of Real Estate.  In these pages you will find lots of great information about both buying and selling, not to mention links to some great local and national websites.  I plan on updating the site often, so please come back occasionally and see my progress.  If you find information is innacurate or even missing, please go to the contact me page and send me the info...I'll do my best to get it updated as soon as possible!!!

Now for a little current new:

Some good news came from the Federal Reserve today in their decision to keep interest rates unchanged.  Although many people expected a rate decrease, this is still good news.  The pressure on the market continues, despite historically low interest rates.  Too often the national news focuses on some of the nations hottest markets and now declining markets and that paints a generally negative picture of all markets.  Despite this reporting, Atlanta is still enjoying a vibrant and active Real Estate Market.  If you are thinking of buying or selling, do some research and feel free to give me a call.  I would be happy to help answer any of your questions.

Thanks again for visiting, stop by anytime!!!

Homebuyer can use term life insurance to insure their mortgage. Not only can this be cheaper than bank mortgage insurance, but it gives the homebuyer the benefit of naming the beneficiary. For further coverage, certain term life policies convert into whole life insurance at the end of the term; usually without having to submit a new medical questionnaire. Whereas bank mortgage insurance only covers the balance owing, term life insurance remains constant in it's value. Shop around and compare term life insurance quotes online, as well as consulting with your broker for the best rates and coverage.
