He gave great advice throughout the process and I felt he always had my best interest at heart. He took care of every detail required for the successful sale of my home, making it as low-stress for me as possible. He also is skilled in assessing different offers and in negotiating such that the best deal possible is made. He is well-connected with people in the community, such as structural engineers, electricians, cleaning services, etc. Not only is Todd an amazing broker, but he is an all-around kind and wonderful person who is great to interact with. Todd worked to help me find a place I liked and was comfortable buying. He worked to get a good sense of what I liked and never pressured me to make an offer. We must have looked at 30 different condos but he never seemed impatient. Todd is very knowledgeable about Atlanta's neighborhoods and upcoming construction projects. I almost made an offer on a condo that was going to be directly next to a new building, which would have meant 18 months of construction noise and dust, not to mention the building would have obstructed the view and sunlight. I'm so grateful he took the time to look into it before I made an offer. Eventually, Todd found the perfect place for me. I can't wait to move in.

We stumbled upon Todd as a walk-in to the ReMax Metro office. Being first-time homebuyers and not having a good grasp of Atlanta Real Estate, or the entire process for that matter, Todd showed us the way. From financing, desirable neighborhoods, and price range, to investment opportunities, he was extremely knowledgeable and always had our best interest in mind. We actually had fun viewing potential homes and spending many hours/days with Todd seeking the perfect property. He was always available and going the extra mile, even late hours and holidays.
